Are you able to predict your people problems before they happen?

When your people are constantly working on tasks, attending meetings, and burning the midnight oil, it’s only a matter of time before problems show up.

In the past, you could “manage by walking around” the office, but that’s more difficult with today’s distributed workplace.  Plus, it’s a highly subjective approach.

Instead consider using a predictive model based on proven indicators.  Look at metrics reflecting how your people use their time such as:

  • after-hours work
  • double-booked schedules
  • schedule gaps that didn’t leave sufficient time to complete tasks

As a result, you’ll be able to identify at-risk employees and make necessary improvements before they check out and completely disengage.
